Cuppy’s Coffee Franchise to Open in New Jersey

"SADDLE BROOK– CB Richard Ellis recently completed the first retail lease for Carriage City Plaza, a new mixed-use development, located at 1 Carriage City Plaza in Rahway, with Cuppy’s Coffee, Smoothies & More.

The CB Richard Ellis team of Jason Pierson and Robert Molloy completed this transaction on behalf of the owner/developer, Silcon Group. Cuppy’s Coffee was represented in-house.

Carriage City Plaza is a new 16-story, 384,000-sf mixed-use property that is currently under construction and scheduled for completion next month. The property will be comprised of 209 one- and two-bedroom condominiums along with 13 penthouses under the Skyview luxury brand; a 102-room boutique Hotel Indigo; a 6,650-sf restaurant with a liquor license and outdoor seating; a 5,800-sf full-service day spa and fitness center; a roof-top garden; and 10,000 sf of ground floor retail space.

…The anticipated date of completion for this development is June of 2008."
