Starbucks will close more than 7,000 U.S. stores for three hours Feb. 26 to run a retraining program for in-store employees and managers. “We will have all new standards for how we create the drinks,” company spokeswoman Valerie O’Neil said. “They will be trained in creating the perfect shot, steaming the milk and all the pieces that come together in a drink.” Seattle Times, The (02/12)
